Karina lost her 1st baby tooth!! / Karina hat Ihren 1. Babyzahn verloren!!

Am 27. Februar hatte Karina noch einen wackeligen, schiefen Zahn. Im Foto sieht man den neuen Zahn bereits aus dem Zahnfleisch durchbrechen.

On February 27th Karina still had a wiggly, crooked tooth. In the picture you can see the new tooth already peaking out from the gums.

Aber schon am 03. Maerz, hat sich der kleine Babyzahn endgueltig verabschiedet. Es passierte in der Vorschule und auf einmal war der Zahn auf Karina's Zunge!

Natuerlich ist am Abend die Zahnfee vorbeigekommen und hat $1 hinterlassen.

But already on March 3rd the little baby tooth said goodbye forever. It happened at preschool when all in a sudden the tooth was on Karina's tongue!

Of course the tooth fairy came by that night and left $1 under the pillow.

Anfang Dezember haben wir uns langsam auf Weihnachten vorbereitet.

We had a great week! Unfortunately Adam had to work all week, but the girls and I enjoyed the sun and beach, the pool, hula dances and more!

Wir hatten eine grossartige Woche! Leider musste Adam die ganze Woche arbeiten, aber die Maedels und ich haben die Sonne genossen und den Strand, den Pool, Hula Taenze und mehr!

Howard County Fair

We visited the Howard County Fair. It was hot and it was great for the kids. There were animals, rides, food. Very interesting and fun for the girls.

Wir haben den Howard County Fair besucht. Es war heiss und grossartig fuer die Kinder. Es gab Tiere, Fahrgelegenheiten, Essen. Sehr interessant und viel Spass fuer die Maedels.

 
 
 

 
 

 

Happy 2nd Birthday Lily Sophia!

Wir waren bei Chuck E. Cheese (Restaurant fuer Kinder mit verschiedenen Spielen, Pizza, Chicken Wings etc.) fuer Lily's Geburtstag. Um ein Spiel zu spielen, kauft man Chuck E. Cheese Muenzen (Chuck E. ist uebrigens eine Maus) und am Ende des Spiels bekommt man Tickets, die dann fuer einen Gewinn eingeloest werden koennen. Lily liebt es, die Muenzen einzuwerfen und laeuft dann weg. Fuer die meisten Spiele ist sie ein bisschen zu klein, aber wenn wir dort sind, rennt sie die ganze Zeit rum und mag gar nicht mehr gehen!


We went to Chuck E. Cheese for Lily's birthday. Lily loves to put in the coins and then walks away. She is a bit to little for most games, but when we go to Chuck E. there is no stopping her and she doesn't want to leave anymore!
